Exchange and refund policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We guarantee the safety of your crop kit, i.e. the product is free of contaminants. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must not be opened and must show signs of contamination on mycelium. (blue, green, black or red stain) You will need to send us a picture of the problem via our technical support (email) Items that are non-exchangeable or refundable: Gift cards Downloadable software Some health and personal care items To complete your exchange, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Exchange (if applicable) Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your request. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or initial payment method within a given time frame. Late or missing exchange (if any) If you have not yet received your exchange check with our technical department by sending us an email (EMAIL) Delivery You should not return the item.
